"Royal Caribbean deploys
vessels throughout the globe, serving a very diverse clientele with respect to age, nationality, and Cultural background. This diversity creates many challenges for our entertaimnent
program, and we were greatly aided in our task by
the versatility of 'Eclipse'. They did an out-standing
job performing our weekly theme nights, ranging
from Country and Rock & Roll to Tropical
and a Roman Toga night. These events required a lot of coordination with our Cruise staff, as well as interaction with our guests, and there was always a spirit of team work. As well, 'Eclipse' always kept themselves abreast with the Current Top 40 & other trends in the music Industry. They always looked sharp, and were well-liked both inside and outside of our department (entertainment). It was a particular pleasure to work with Band leader Heidi Michelle Thomas. As well as being a great vocalist and Front person, she also possessed excellent Managerial skills. Ms.Thomas was most thorough in her approach to the daily task at hand, and the demographics of our clientele and various holidays. In short, I recommend 'Eclipse' enthusiastically and without reservation.
